By purchasing from our website, the buyer agrees that they have read all terms and conditions and will not hold us liable for their failure to read any descriptions based on individual items.

You adhere that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing and you as the customer will not provide any information sent electronically to you anywhere publicly as such information is deemed private.

You are agreeing to any and all of these terms once an order has been placed with our website.

Any Chargebacks placed with your credit card will be the sole responsibility of the credit card owner, and cozyluxuries.com will neither not be held liable nor responsible for those chargebacks or fees associated with them unless properly notified by our merchant provider.

You agree that any dispute involving our site, or resulting from use of our site or our products will be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the province and federal courts of the Province of Quebec.

By completing checkout on cozyluxuries.com, you as the buyer manually agree to abide by all our terms and conditions set forth on this page.

 

RETURNS POLICY!

 

Because we sell liquidation bedding up to 75% off retail on most of our items, our sales are final sales. We rigorously inspect each item for any marks, stains, rips or any defect and any item that falls short of our inspection is returned to our kind suppliers. Please ensure that you read the product description well and if you have any questions about the product or require additional information, please contact us prior to placing your order. In case we make a mistake of any kind with your order or if the product is not as described, we will gladly offer you a full refund. We are, however, human and if you have any genuine concerns with your order please contact us and we will work together to resolve the issue.

We attempt to process your orders as promptly as possible. Orders are usually processed within a day to 2 days from the order date. A tracking number will be provided for each order.

If you make a mistake while placing an order and you realize it after the transaction has gone through, please immediately contact our customer service team at: info@cozyluxuries.com in order for us to pull the item before shipping.

NOTE: If you purchase multiple items and one or more of the items are unavailable, we will fulfill the items that are in inventory and refund the difference for the items currently out of

 

stock. In the event that we make a mistake which does happen, we will be happy to resolve the situation and replace the item at no charge once the item is returned to us and inspected.

If after contacting us we qualify an item for a return, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was shipped out in. If the item was shipped with the package, please make sure it arrives back with the package. If the item has been altered, laundered, or used by the buyer; then it will not be allowed to be returned back to us for exchange or refund.

Should an item be out of stock or not available, we will notify the buyer in writing via email for which the buyer has 48 hours before the sale will be automatically cancelled and the money refunded to the buyer.

If your package shows delivered, yet you cannot seem to locate it, you must contact PayPal or your credit card company as we cannot pursue the information once the delivery has been confirmed.
